We recommend the electric double beam hook bridge crane. The QD type electric double beam hook bridge crane is currently a widely used crane, mainly composed of a box bridge, a lifting trolley, a crane operating mechanism, and an electrical control system. The retrieval device is a hook.

After informing the customer about the composition of the crane, we will determine the parameters with the customer:

1 Heaviest weight; 2. Maximum lifting height; 3. Span distance; 4. Installation conditions (indoor or outdoor); 5. Working condition requirements.

Based on the customer's data requirements, we provide them with a reference drawing for a simple crane. The customer asked us about the operation mode and the characteristics of the cab. Our operation mode includes three operation modes: ground handle, wireless remote control, and cab. The customer can choose one to use. There are two types of cabs: open and closed, with adjustable seats inside. The bottom plate is covered with insulation pads, and the window glass is made of tempered glass. It is equipped with fire extinguishers, electric fans, and can be equipped with air conditioning, sounders, walkies talkies and other items according to customer requirements. And our crane can be equipped with pick-up devices such as motor grabs and electromagnetic suction cups to meet the needs of customers for lifting various types of materials. This crane operates at levels A3 to A7, with a common lifting capacity of 3 to 50 ton. Suitable for loading, unloading and lifting work in factories, warehouses, and freight yards with an ambient temperature of -10 ℃ to 40 ℃ and a relative humidity of not more than 85%. It is prohibited to work in flammable, explosive, and corrosive gas filled environments.

At present, we have sent the quotation, drawings, and technical parameters to the customer. We are currently waiting for the customer's final procurement plan. This project approval will take some time, and we are waiting for the customer's feedback.
