Check whether there are any obstacles in the surrounding environment and rail surface, and check whether the cables are safe. Loosen the rail clamps or iron wedges, etc., and remove obstacles in the rail gaps.  

Lights should be turned on when working at night.

Check the oil filling condition of each gear cover, pusher and coupler. Confirm whether each operator, each contact, each switch and limit device are in good condition and effective.

Place the control handle or switch in the zero position and power on for trial operation.

Test lifting, lowering and rotation without load.  

Heavy load test lifting and braking.

Observe the safe operating procedures for unloading operations, read command gestures clearly, concentrate and operate carefully. The rise and fall should be steady, light and accurate. Vertical lifting is not allowed and dragging is not allowed.

The height should be enough to overcome obstacles. When rotating, be careful not to collide with other facilities, goods and people.

In safety net operations, cargo must pass through safe routes. If there is a circuit break or power outage during operation, the operating handle or switch should be placed in the zero position immediately.

If there is a long power outage, the goods should be dropped to the ground.

If the operating temperature of the motor exceeds the specified limit, it should be stopped for inspection. Operation can only be continued after the temperature drops to the allowable value.

During summer operations, the doors and windows of the machine room must be opened.

When the wind reaches level 8, work should be stopped and ventilation should be done. Pay attention to the status of each control instrument at any time and listen to the operating sounds of each part.
